Rafael was formerly an AI Research Engineer at Figure Robotics, and founded one of Canada’s fastest growing AI-powered food delivery startups. He has deep domain expertise in third-party collections, and has supported leading third-party financial services institutions with AI-first transformation initiatives. He is a Computer Science and Engineering dropout from the University of British Columbia, where he was a college scholar.
